1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "gb44" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operating at gb44.im, including all games, services, features, and associated interfaces.
• "Platform" means the gb44 website, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and any related applications through which gaming and betting services are delivered.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account on gb44, accesses the Platform, or uses any service offered by gb44.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the gb44 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money deposits and eligible bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, or other incentives credited to an Account by gb44 subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity verification process through which Players provide documentation to confirm their identity, age, and ownership of the payment methods used on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gb44. By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform in any manner, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in full.

2.2 gb44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the gb44 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and gb44.

3 Eligibility

3.1 The gb44 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from or had an Account suspended on the gb44 Platform;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of gb44 or any affiliated entity.

3.2 gb44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

4.1 To access real-money games and betting markets on gb44, you must create a registered Account by completing the registration form accurately and truthfully. Each individual may only hold one Account on the gb44 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited.

4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You must notify gb44 promptly of any changes to your registered details.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. gb44 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You should use a strong, unique password and must never share your login details with any other person.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

gb44 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process: a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of residential address; and evidence of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. gb44 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe and will notify you of any outstanding requirements via your registered contact details.

5 Deposits and Payments

5.1 All deposits on gb44 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. Additional payment methods may be made available at gb44's discretion and will be displayed in the Account deposit section.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit cap under standard Account conditions, though gb44 reserves the right to apply transaction limits on individual Accounts where warranted by responsible gaming, security, or compliance considerations.

5.3 Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. gb44 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, you should be aware that your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.4 You may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. gb44 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the registered Account holder will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 You may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from your Account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the gb44 support team.

6.2 Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed. gb44 reserves the right to request additional documentation for subsequent withdrawals where there is a change in payment method, a significant increase in withdrawal amounts, or where required by internal compliance procedures.

6.3 Standard withdrawal processing times on gb44 are as follows:

• bKash: typically 15 to 30 minutes from approval;
• Nagad: typically 15 to 30 minutes from approval;
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank): typically 30 to 60 minutes from approval;
• Upay: typically 30 to 60 minutes from approval.

6.4 These processing times are indicative only. Delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume, during system maintenance windows, or where additional verification steps are required. gb44 will notify you if a withdrawal is subject to an extended processing period.

6.5 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements and are not withdrawable until those requirements have been fully met. Only real-money balances and converted bonus funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirement may be withdrawn.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 gb44 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 General bonus conditions applicable across all gb44 promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion terms;
• Only real-money wagers count toward wagering requirements unless stated otherwise;
• gb44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from Players who are found to be engaging in bonus abuse;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.

8 Game Rules and Betting

8.1 All games available on the gb44 Platform — including live casino games, slot titles, table games, sports betting markets, and speciality games such as Texas Hold'em and Keno Bonus Number — are subject to individual game rules displayed within each game interface or associated help section.

8.2 In sports betting, all markets are subject to specific settlement rules that will be communicated within the relevant market. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in full, gb44 will apply the settlement rules applicable to that sport and market type. Cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international series markets, follow standard cricket betting settlement conventions.

8.3 In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system fault occurring during a game or bet settlement, gb44 will investigate the incident and apply a fair resolution in accordance with its platform policies. gb44's decision in such matters shall be final.

8.4 gb44 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are facilitated by real dealers operating under professional studio conditions. gb44 does not manipulate game outcomes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gb44 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action where applicable:

• Creating more than one Account for the same individual;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or with Platform staff;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime;
• Placing bets on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any third party;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or any other corrupt activity related to sports betting markets;
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing gb44 staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the gb44 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of gb44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of gb44.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 gb44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at gb44.im/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

11.2 gb44 will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors and KYC verification providers — where necessary to deliver Platform services.

12 Responsible Gaming

12.1 gb44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates a strict 21+ age restriction policy. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits through their Account settings to help manage their gaming activity.

13 Limitation of Liability

13.2 gb44 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned outages, or third-party infrastructure failures may occasionally affect Platform availability. gb44 will endeavour to restore service as promptly as possible in the event of an unplanned outage.

13.3 You acknowledge that online gaming and sports betting involve financial risk. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make on the Platform, and gb44 accepts no liability for any financial loss resulting from your gaming or betting activity.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 gb44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, updates to Platform features, or amendments to payment processing procedures.

14.2 All amendments will take effect from the date on which the updated Terms are published on this page. Where a change is material in nature, gb44 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via their registered email address or through an in-Account notification prior to the amendment taking effect.

14.3 If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the gb44 support team to arrange closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.

15 Governing Law

15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the gb44 internal complaints process will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available in the relevant jurisdiction.

15.2 gb44 operates its Platform as a safe and reliable service with SSL encryption and fair play standards. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
